Portfolio Transactions (August 2023)

 

Updates for my Portfolio for August 2023

For my side project, it might be derailed again as I just got an odd batch of raw materials. There's more renovation coming but I am making some contingency plans to continue working. The samples from the larger order seems kinda okay, but there's always imperfections which is annoying. Once it is done, I can scale up in volume and probably do a test and let a few friends test out.

• Just adding to my current positions.

That's all for my money for now.

 

That being said, the Chinese market seems to be plagued with negativity though nothing screams cheap enough for me to add more. Hope to see more opportunities soon.

 

I have place a small % of my net worth in crypto-assets.

 

Conclusion

My portfolio YTD is now 32.83%, with the long term XIRR at -4.22% (w/o Crypto is 0.14%). Hopefully, the rest of 2023 is much better.

 

 

 

 

 

 

My cash position is currently at about 10%. Will continue wait for my cash position to accumulate. Let's hope I can get my numbers back on track.
