Updates for my Portfolio for February 2023

I must really apologise for the hiatus in posting my regular updates. Quite a few things happened in life. In summary, a family member had to go surgery and required care. 
I have gotten a rotational gig for this year and I kinda struggled to adjust which is why I am catching up on my blog and hopefully my side project too, as shift work is much easier and less taxing for me. My personal schedule is quite disrupted too.
There would be a lost of allowances which would be reduced income, hopefully it yields something useful.
For my side project, the filters I am looking for have finally arrived. So look to get to work on it soon.
I owe this blog a 2022 review so working on that too. 
  • No Transactions for the month.
That's all for my money for now.
 
That being said, the US market is kinda in a unsure state, we might see a slowdown in 2023, so hoping to grab better bargains. HK seems to have recovered but I guess I could add to some of my positions. I am still very worried about running out of cash though.
 
I have place a small % of my net worth in crypto-assets.
 

Conclusion

My portfolio YTD is now 62.16% (not that representative yet), with the long term XIRR at -8.89%. Hopefully, the rest of 2023 is much better.

 
 
 
 

 

 

My cash position is currently at about 4%. Will continue wait for my cash position to accumulate while waiting. Let's hope I can get my numbers back on track.
