Updates for my portfolio for June 2020

Frankly, I haven't had time to do my watchlist due to many things on-going in life. The circuit breaker has sorta lifted but it is not yet to go all out and party.

Two things I am working on right now.

One is a project but I have no idea of an ETA but it is certainly going to make me learn more about something completely different again just like what I experienced with my book.

At the same time, I am trying out a new side gig and hammering out stuff too. Let's see if it works out and become viable.
  • Sell PSQ 23 Calls at 0.05
    • Reasons
      • Just getting some spare change. It is quite painful to note that despite the plunge in March, PSQ prices never reached my entry prices.
      • Might considering to just take those losses and go.

That's all for my money for now.

The markets are kinda flat in the recent months, there was a short 2 days with more significant plunges but not enough to push valuations down to be more attractive.

I am still considering to average down on Silverlake Axis and GAPack but at the same time I hope to look for stuff in the payment/finance as well as tech segment to buy (it seems harder day by day). There is one counter that is almost near my first tranche. Hopefully with a slight swing, I would get it.

I would also like to divest Lion Rock Group and Left Field Printing once a decent valuation arise too.

Conclusion

The market has been stuck in a range.

There is concern in the coronavirus pandemic yet optimism post pandemic in the States. I guess everyone is sitting on the fence.

YTD still losing less than VT but my long term performance is still bad. Hope everything is well by end of year.

My cash position is currently at about 12%. Probably keep an eye out for opportunities while conserving cash (there's still a balance transfer the size of 10% of my portfolio ready).
