Trying to finish the remainder of my watchlist, leaving mostly REITs (I'm only 72% of the way T_T).
- Sell ARA at 1.76
- Reasons
- Figured it is very close to delisting price (due to a recent spike upon announcement), as well as the announcement that no special dividends will be paid, maybe I cash out now. Looking at a 2.4-2.5% fixed deposit return (arbitrage play see post here).
- My mistake was that I totally forgot about commissions eating into my profit (that's why I have been picking scrips for certain dividends counters instead of cash due to my small transaction sizes).
- Comms reduced my returns from about 2.4-2.5% to 1.7% there abouts (US futures comms is about half a tick, US stocks is about 10 ticks, SG is close to 30 ticks x_x). Should have left it to be delisted.

Moving forward, I would seek to increase my transaction size from 3k to 4k or even 5k to reduce the effects of comms eating into my profits.
Well, that's all for my money right now.
For those of you who wanna see more information, my SGX portfolio is on SGXCafe too! You can find it here.
