I was reading reviews on biographies when I stumbled on this line:

One of Buffett’s childhood friends recalled when she asked the 12-year-old Buffett why he was always so busy working to make money, he replied “It’s not that I want money. It’s the fun of making money and watching it grow.”

People have sometimes called me too focused on money or "money-faced" in Singapore, but I feel that this line actually hit the spot on showing my interest and motivation in doing what I am doing now. (The other is just that I was born into a family who was quite poor, and I didn't want any of my family to ever experience it again. My dad started off even more poor than I was born, I couldn't imagine how he felt too.)

But yeah, something random, but I thought I should write it.
